Step-by-step guide on how to book your PACES coaching session:

The 8 Sessions will cover Long Cases, Communication station and the clinical Stations.

• After payment please email to admin@pacescoaching.co.uk giving your details - Name, PACES exam date, place of work, Zoom ID and Contact number. We will then contact you to arrange a mutually agreed date and time.

• Should you wish to discuss your previous exam mark sheets, please email them to us at admin@pacescoaching.co.uk. This is included FREE of cost with the coaching session. Please send these to us 2 weeks in advance so we could carefully review  it beforehand and provide you with the best possible advice during our Zoom meeting. 

• You will need a Zoom account to attend the online session

• During the coaching session you will receive the tutor's uninterrupted attention

• All details of coaching session will be kept confidential

• You will receive a comprehensive written summary of the coaching session for your revision. This is offered FREE of cost with the session.

 

PACES COACHING owns copyrights to all education & training information. No dissemination of teaching material to a third party or audio/video recording is allowed without prior approval. However please feel free to take notes during the meeting for your personal use. You will receive a comprehensive and concise record of the coaching session including a written summary of the discussion for your personal use.

PACES coaching sessions are heavily subscribed. Please note that we are exceptionally busy 4-8 weeks before MRCP PACES exam dates. Places are offered on a first come first served basis, so early booking is recommended.

Cancellation policy:

 

If you decide not to attend the session and cancel your booking, we will refund you within 4 weeks of your cancellation, less £97 to cover administration costs and PayPal fee/ bank charges. However, if you cancel within 7 days of the booking, we reserve the right to charge a 100% fee.

Please note that if you fail to show up for your coaching session, PACES coaching reserves the right to retain the full session fee and is under no obligation to offer you a place at a future date. You may have to re-pay for the full session to re-book a new appointment.
